Conduct soil sampling, testing, and analysis of physicochemical and biological parameters. Operate and maintain soil testing lab equipment (e.g., pH meter, EC meter, spectrophotometer, Kjeldahl apparatus, Flame photometer, atomic absorption spectrometer). Record and analyze data using standard scientific methods. Translate test results into farmer-friendly soil health reports. Maintain documentation and reports as per project guidelines. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in soil testing and analysis of physicochemical properties of soil (freshers with strong lab skills may also be considered). Hands-on experience with soil sampling, laboratory equipment, and analytical techniques (e.g., pH, EC, OC, macro- and micronutrients, microbial diversity, PGPR screening). Proficiency in interpreting soil test results and formulating recommendations for soil health improvement. Strong knowledge of soil fertility, nutrient dynamics, and microbial activity. Ability to operate and maintain soil testing lab equipment (e.g., pH meter, EC meter, spectrophotometer, Kjeldahl apparatus, Flame photometer, Atomic absorption spectrometer, Gas Chromatography). Ability to communicate technical findings in simple language to farmers and field staff. Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis software (Excel, SPSS, or similar). Willingness to travel to rural/field locations as required.
