As a Vice President of Digital Sales at Agentic AP Solution within Genpact, your role will be pivotal in leading a dynamic team focused on driving the growth of digital solutions in a targeted portfolio of both existing and prospective accounts. You will be instrumental in shaping and responding to the evolving challenges within specific industry verticals, including Consumer Goods, Retail, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Services. Your expertise will play a key role in supporting Genpact's Sales and Transformation Services community. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Digital Sellers to promote and drive the sales of Agentic AP Solution in the Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. You will be tasked with maintaining and expanding the pipeline growth, establishing the market for the Agentic Solution in GCCs, and acting as a trusted advisor in building relationships with clients. Your deep understanding of clients" businesses and digital technologies will enable you to craft transformational value propositions, identify revenue opportunities, and develop innovative solutions using artificial intelligence technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams within Genpact will be essential to assess and scope new opportunities, provide domain and digital solution expertise, and support internal teams in various client-facing activities. You will be responsible for owning revenue and bookings targets for dedicated SaaS products, expanding Genpact's market positioning, and driving software sales in Retail environments. Your role will also involve working closely with Genpact Sales, Solutions, SMEs, and Partner Account teams to establish and grow client relationships, innovate with clients, and secure deals. We are seeking individuals with proven leadership experience, deep domain knowledge in digital licensed & SaaS products, and a passion for creating scalable transformation services businesses. Your ability to articulate the value of Genpact's digital and transformation solutions to both business and technical audiences will be crucial. Preferred qualifications include expertise in specific industry verticals, experience in driving digital transformations in Manufacturing/CPG/Hi-Tech firms, and a strong cultural fit with Genpact's core values. This full-time role as Vice President of Digital Sales is based in Gurugram, India, and requires a Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
