The role of Tech Sales Lead and Growth partner requires a proactive individual with a solid IT background and at least 7+ years of experience in selling software and other IT products. As a Tech Sales Lead, you will be responsible for engaging with leads, meeting clients, and presenting tailored IT solutions for surveillance centers and contact centers. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth project onboarding while staying updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Selling IT surveillance center solutions and contact center solutions across various industries. - Understanding client needs and recommending suitable IT solutions. - Preparing proposals for potential clients. - Conducting product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of the IT solutions. - Meeting clients to discuss requirements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. - Providing support to existing projects to maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role must possess: - Excellent communication and selling skills to effectively convey the value of IT solutions. - Proven experience in software/IT sales with a focus on B2B sales. - Good understanding of IT solutions and processes to address client requirements effectively. - Customer-focused mindset with knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. - Willingness to travel for sales-related activities to meet clients and promote IT solutions.
