Ensure all assets are properly tagged, tracked, and verified regularly. Coordinate asset disposal or upgrades, ensuring compliance with internal policies and environmental standards. Perform routine audits to verify the condition and compliance of IT assets. CCTV and Biometric System Management: Manage and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring they are functional, secure, and compliant with company policies. Administer biometric systems, ensuring proper enrollment, updating, and troubleshooting of user data. Monitor CCTV feeds, resolve any issues related to equipment, connectivity, or access. Regularly update and maintain system configurations for both CCTV and biometric systems to ensure they meet the company’s security requirements. Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees regarding IT-related issues, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and system access. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and effectively. Set up and configure new devices and systems for staff members as needed. Assist in maintaining and updating operating systems, network software, and IT security solutions. General IT Administration: Monitor the performance and security of company servers, networks, and systems. Ensure data backups are performed and properly stored. Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting. Assist in the planning and implementation of IT-related projects.
