Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator (L2/L3) to manage and support our IT infrastructure, with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling advanced desktop support, networking, and vendor management, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for desktop-related incidents, including software, hardware, and networking issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. Perform hardware and software upgrades, patches, and updates. Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions in Google Suite. Monitor and manage network components, including firewalls and Network Attached Storage (NAS). Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced network issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, warranty services, and technical support. Ensure compliance with company policies for system integrity, network security, and data backup. Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers in the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT Administrator, desktop engineering or IT support roles, including L2/L3 support. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall configurations. Expertise in hardware installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with vendor management for hardware procurement and support. Proficiency in Google Suite for user management and operations. Experience with network storage solutions (NAS) and backup procedures. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues at both desktop and network levels. Excellent communication in English , and time management skills, with adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong ethical conduct We provide a dynamic IT environment with opportunities for skill development and high-impact projects. Key responsibilities: You will support our IT department with various tasks and projects as an IT Intern. This role is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to different aspects of IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. Data Management of Hard disk. Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and on-site. Help with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals. Assist with the installation and maintenance of software applications. Document and track IT issues and resolutions. Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
