Have custody of all relevant documents including, Curriculum, Course content etc. Go through the complete course content, lectures, industry assignments and formative assessment to have complete knowledge of course. Provide prompt and accurate answers to student queries related to online learning content. Help students solve problems and complete assignments whenever they are stuck. Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with the learners in the same manner an industry professional would. Utilize various resources, such as course materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to effectively address student queries. Organize and share additional reading material like white papers, research papers, blog posts, and YouTube links to the learners can also share small assignments/ quizzes/ Code nuggets related posts to boost awareness related to the topic/course. Stay up-to-date with trends and technology related to that course. Monitor, track, and prepare reports as required by iON. Know when, how, and who to escalate to, in case of complex issues or concerns. Be familiar with the appropriate personnel (SME/ Delivery team). Experience Level In case of candidates from Academia : 3+ years experience in Learning or Education. Could have worked as Assistant Professors, Lecturers, Research Scholars.
