Hiring for Software Tools Engineer for Pune Your profile: •Bachelors degree or higher in the field of Computer science, Software Engineering or related field. •5+ years of professional work experience in software tool development. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software tools that optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure the efficiency of software development and testing processes. •Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Bamboo. Experience in designing CI/CD integration scripts to streamline build and testing workflows. •Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., libraries like PyQt, NumPy, Pandas). •Experience with Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns. .Strong Proficiency in C++ (e.g., STL, Boost, multithreading, memory management). •Experience with shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks. •Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases for tool integration. •Understanding of automotive protocols such as CAN, UDS, XCP,ISOTP,SENT. •Experience with version control systems (e.g. GIT, SVN) •Strong verbal and written communication for documenting tools and collaborating with teams.
