Software Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in Selenium to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing for web applications, focusing on quality assurance through automated test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium Web-driver to validate functionality, performance, and integration of ERP modules.
• Perform end-to-end testing, including cross-browser, regression, and smoke testing for ERP applications.
• Analyse software requirements, identify testing needs, and create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand ERP requirements and ensure seamless integration of automation scripts into the development life-cycle.
• Maintain and update automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Identify, document, Troubleshoot, report, and track software defects, issues, and improvements using defect management tools like JIRA , ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
• Provide test results and detailed analysis, including recommendations for improvements in both testing processes and product quality.
