Software Tester (Manual Testing)

Role Overview: Nyros Futureworks, a global technology company specializing in AI, software engineering, and digital innovation, is looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer (Manual) to ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of their applications through structured manual testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements. - Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, system, UI, and user acceptance testing. - Identify, analyze, and report defects clearly with reproducible steps. - Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot, validate fixes, and ensure timely closure of bugs. - Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA perspective and feedback early in the development cycle. - Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and standards. - Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in manual QA/testing roles.
