SOFTWARE TESTER

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of GETLEAD ANALYTICS PVT LTD's CRM platform as a detail-oriented Software Tester. Your primary tasks will involve testing both web and mobile applications, detecting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers to implement necessary fixes. Your key responsibilities will include performing both manual and automated testing of CRM modules, creating test cases, test plans, and bug reports, as well as identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs. Additionally, you will work in collaboration with developers and the product team to address any issues that arise. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of software testing experience, a solid grasp of QA processes and testing tools, and familiarity with web/app testing (experience with Flutter/CRM testing would be advantageous).
