Software Test Engineer II Banking & Financial Services

Role Overview: You will be a Software Test Engineer II at FC Global Services India LLP, responsible for ensuring software quality and reducing risk by delivering high-quality, reliable software with a smooth user experience. Your role will involve functional and integration testing, collaboration with product owners, defect tracking, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional testing, integration testing, and in-sprint automation testing - Prepare regression cases for upcoming sprints - Collaborate with product owners for story pointing and test case design - Execute test cases and track defects using tools like HP-ALM, Jira X-ray - Report defects and collaborate with team members for upskilling Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-6 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in Manual Testing - Good knowledge of automation tools and defect tracking tools - Strong exposure to SDLC process, Testing Methodologies, and Agile - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Solid understanding of software development principles - Proficiency in Core Java, Python, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Jenkins, Salesforce, Ready API/SOAP UI PRO - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Team player with a willingness to learn new technologies Additional Company Details: FC Global Services India LLP is a global capability center based in Bengaluru, operating as part of First Citizens BancShares, Inc.
