From design to end-of-life of their assets, we help increase safety, reduce costs and save time on land, underwater, and offshore Beyond being a virtual replica of the customers industrial facilities, Kognitwin Energy, our dynamic digital twin delivers a rich framework for advanced digitalization and analytics, including a range of solutions that can be customized to attend the industry needs to deliver digitalization at scale We are building the next gen web applications on our Kognitwin platform to enable untapped value streams for our customers in O&G through digitalization As an integral part of our growing global technology team, you will collaborate to ensure the best-in-class quality of the product Further, You Will Engage in fast-paced agile development team(s) and organize, manage, execute work with minimal supervision Participate with the stakeholder(s) and team(s) on requirements understanding, test architecture, design, and execution Design robust test frameworks and harnesses to automate complex application areas, improve turnaround time and accuracy for quality assurance Participate in the development of automation for functional (User Interface, API, Database) and Non-functional (Performance, Security, Penetration, Compliance) areas Participate in the research of tools and techniques for automation of complex application areas in visual and data engineering Provide necessary technical documentation to enable visibility and maintainability of the infrastructure Play an integral role in acquiring and learning technology/domain trends, expertise, and best practices to keep the teams collective knowledge up to date To Be a Fit For This Position, You Have Education Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT) from a reputed university with an excellent academic record Any relevant certifications on technology from reputed sources are a plus Work Experience 4-7 years of relevant industry experience Experience working on SaaS products in Energy / Oil & Gas domain is a definitive plus 4+ years of experience working in distributed agile developments Experience working in international teams is relevant Technical Skills Strong experience with JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular for test automation is essential A good understanding of HTML DOM, CSS Selectors, and data manipulation techniques in JavaScript is relevant Hands-on experience with NodeJS is a good advantage Hands-on experience with at least 1 of the following functional automation areas is relevant (Area Technology) User Interface testing Playwright/WebDriverIO/ Protractor / JEST/ Cypress or other similar tools/frameworks API testing Axios/ Artillery / RestAssured / Postman or other similar tools/frameworks Database testing SQL Server, Mongo DB, and Time-series DB (like Influx, Timescale, etc) Hands-on experience with at least 1 of the following non-functional automation areas is a definitive plus (Area Technology) Performance testing Artillery / JMeter / BlazeMeter / Soap UI or other similar tools/frameworks Performance engineering using App Dynamics / Grafana / Application Insights or similar tools/frameworks Security testing Hands-on experience building CI-CD pipelines in Azure DevOps is essential Experience with scripting using Azure CLI / PowerShell is preferable Academic experience with Docker / Kubernetes is a good plus Good understanding and experience working with Git for version control are essential Experience working with SaaS products/applications built using data and component-driven architecture is a definitive plus Interpersonal & Digital Fluency Passion for technology, challenges, and quality with a dynamic, forward-leaning, and proactive personality Ability/willingness to take end-to-end responsibility of work with an attitude that ?Nothing is too big or too Small? to make a valuable contribution Excellent interpersonal skills to participate actively in team activities Strong belief in commitment to ownership, cause of business, and team by aligning with the leadership and management Enthusiasm to be curious and learn technology/domain expertise on demand to help increase the collective knowledge in the team Strong belief in earning reputation and respect through consistent demonstration of work, skills, and attitude Kongsberg Digital is a provider of next generation software and digital solutions to customers within maritime, oil & gas and utilities Together with the rest of KONGSBERG, Kongsberg Digital offers solutions within autonomy, smart data, augmented reality and other areas Join Kongsberg Digital as we pursue our mission to digitalize the worlds industries for a better tomorrow We truly believe that technology will drive more efficient and sustainable operations, making the oil sector more energy efficient, ships less polluting and green energy future proof
