Software Support & MIS Executive

The Software Support & MIS Executive plays a crucial role in providing support to internal users for business software applications, as well as managing MIS reports and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards. In terms of Software Support & Coordination, you will act as the primary point of contact for software support needs within the organization. This includes liaising with external software vendors for customization, development, and issue resolution. You will be responsible for maintaining an incident log to track software issues, providing training to users, and conducting user acceptance testing for new features. Regarding MIS Reporting & Data Management, your responsibilities will involve extracting and compiling operational data from internal systems to generate accurate and timely MIS reports for management. You will also assist in data interpretation and visualization to facilitate decision-making, ensuring consistency and integrity in reporting formats across departments. In terms of SOR & Procedure Documentation, you will be tasked with preparing, reviewing, and updating Schedule of Requirements (SORs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with different departments. It is essential to ensure that procedures accurately reflect work practices and are in line with organizational standards. You will also support departments in documenting workflows, policies, and processes, coordinating approvals, maintaining version control, and facilitating audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
