Demonstrable experience or knowledge of structured methodologies and industry standards for Product Management, UI/UX design principles, Software Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle methods and the ability to provide insights based on experience Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Software Strategy Group (SSG) within EY-Parthenon GDS team. The SSG team helps private equity clients evaluate investment opportunities by discovering key risks that could impact a transaction in the software sector. SSG teams undertake market-leading product and technology diligence of software-driven companies. This entails an assessment of product capabilities, product roadmaps and underlying technical architecture, software R&D organization and the processes associated with the software organization. Your key responsibilities: Project Execution: Execute technology due diligence engagements and support engagement managers / Case Team Leaders (CTLs) with ownership for high quality deliverables prepared by Global Delivery Services team Prepare and present clear, analytical and concise reports and presentations for engagement teams and clients, outlining the key technological findings, business impact and recommendations Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with partners, case teams and client teams on day-to-day project activities with high degree of ownership.
