Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect, your role will involve interpreting the strategic vision provided by Senior Leadership and translating it into detailed solution designs. You will ensure that the solutions align with business objectives, architecture principles, and security/compliance standards. Collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders, you will work to ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and cost-effective. Additionally, you will provide architectural input during delivery and maintain solution documentation, including diagrams and specifications. Advocating for continuous improvement and innovation in solution design and delivery will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret the strategic vision provided by Senior Leadership and translate it into detailed solution designs. - Ensure solutions align with business objectives, architecture principles, and security/compliance standards. - Utilize existing design patterns and work with infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and engineering teams to create new patterns where gaps exist. - Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and cost-effective. - Provide architectural input during delivery and maintain solution documentation, including diagrams and specifications. - Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in solution design and delivery. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred). - Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. - Familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and Agile methodologies. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement. Additional Details: Desirable skills include experience with CIS domains, particularly Applications & Onboarding (A&O) and Collections. Note: Skills such as AWS, TOGAF, Agile, and strong communication are essential for this role.,
