As an Accounting Success Manager at Docyt, you will take charge of the customer relationship, ensuring maximum value delivery to both existing and new customers. Your role involves collaborating with customer stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and objectives, consequently driving success through the utilization of Docyt products. We are seeking individuals with strong people skills and a desire to evolve in a cross-functional capacity. Comfort with engaging senior-level executives through calls and analyzing data to present customers with an analytical solution to address their pain points is essential. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing personalized onboarding plans that align with clients" financial management objectives and operational requirements. Leading the setup and configuration of Docyt software, including integration with existing financial systems to ensure data accuracy and system compatibility will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be tasked with providing hands-on training and support to clients, enabling them to effectively utilize Docyt's features such as automated bookkeeping, document management, and real-time financial insights. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process to address inquiries, concerns, or technical issues promptly is a key aspect of the role. Collaboration with the Docyt support team and other internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, gather feedback, and implement improvements will be necessary. Staying informed about the latest features and updates of Docyt software, accounting regulations, and best practices is essential to offer informed guidance to clients. Identifying and pursuing upsell and expansion opportunities within the assigned client base, monitoring and tracking key performance metrics, and reporting on the health and success of client relationships are vital responsibilities. Additionally, contributing to the development of best practices and processes for customer success will be part of your role. This position requires a shift aligned with the PST time zone in the USA or night shift availability. The timing is from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST.
