Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for dynamic software deployment and providing services for our customized ERP. Your main tasks will include training users on how to effectively utilize the ERP system and offering solutions to users through phone support and TeamViewer. Key Responsibilities: - Train users on how to use the customized ERP efficiently - Provide solutions to users over the phone and through TeamViewer Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any stream preferred - Proficiency in computer skills such as Word, Excel, etc. Please note that the company offers benefits like Provident Fund.
