Responsibilities: - Installing and configuring computer systems for employees. - Addressing IT support requests from employees. - Collaborating with vendors to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. - Maintaining an IT hardware asset registry. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. - Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems. - Ensuring compliance of employees" systems with organization policies for data security using tools like Antivirus, DLP systems, and endpoint security. - Monitoring security threats detected by Antivirus and DLP systems, resolving issues, and promptly informing management. - Securely handling asset disposal. - Researching and implementing software solutions tailored to organizational needs. - Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. - Tracking and managing work records related to hardware assets. - Collaborating with vendors for various IT-related services such as laptop repair, office network issues, Antivirus, and endpoint security. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science. - Proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer, Network Administrator, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role. - Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux OS platforms. - Hands-on experience with Antivirus, DLP systems, network resources, and endpoint security. - Understanding of networking and office internet resources. - Knowledge of computer hardware. - Strong time management skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Critical thinking abilities.
