Software Quality Engineer - Salesforce (Automation & Manual)

As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer at UPS, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to overcoming obstacles and finding innovative solutions. You will play a crucial role in the full testing lifecycle for both functional and non-functional testing on the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include designing, creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts, as well as collaborating with developers on releases and deployments. You will be at the forefront of a global deployment of the Salesforce Platform Management to 40 countries, 1000 locations, and 25,000 users. This exciting opportunity will involve working on a dynamic application that is rapidly growing with new Partner relationship, Language translations, and Content Management functionalities. In this role, you will develop test frameworks to validate Salesforce modules and integrations, including Lightning/Velocity components, APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and more. Your expertise will also cover Platform Management, Service Cloud & Service Business Process, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data updates/migration, regression testing, and defect tracking. To be successful in this position, you must have a solid understanding of Salesforce, Salesforce architecture, and concepts. You should have at least 5 years of QA experience with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on testing experience on the Salesforce Lightning framework. Proficiency in Salesforce QA, Salesforce PRM, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Salesforce LWC components, Salesforce Migration, API, Automation, Selenium, Whitebox and Blackbox testing, Smoke testing is required. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Admin (mandatory), CSTE (mandatory), and CSQA (desired) are also beneficial for this role.
