Senior Software Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end QA strategy across multiple web applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for platforms built on

  Angular

  ,

  NestJS

  , and

  MongoDB

  .
• Develop and execute

  manual and automated test plans

  , test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into

  CI/CD pipelines

  to support continuous delivery and rapid iteration.
• Perform

  API testing

  ,

  UI testing

  , and

  cross-browser/device compatibility testing

• Monitor application performance and proactively identify issues before they impact users.
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and drive resolution with engineering teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results, bugs, and quality metrics.
• Promote a culture of quality and testability across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in automation testing.
• Proven experience testing SaaS platforms, preferably in startup environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead quality initiatives across multiple products.
