Software QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Development:

• Design and build robust automation frameworks using

  Python

  and

  Selenium

  for web-based UI testing.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using

  TypeScript

  and

  Playwright

  for testing

  Node.js

  -based applications.

• CI/CD Integration:

• Implement and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  using

  Jenkins

  ,

  Git

  , and

  PowerShell

  .
• Ensure seamless test automation integration into the development workflow.

• Scripting & Infrastructure:

• Write and optimize

  Shell scripts

  for improving virtual machine (VM) performance and managing test dependencies.

• Reporting & Dashboards:

• Build internal test reporting dashboards using

  Django

  and

  PostgreSQL

  to aggregate and visualize test results.
• Share daily test reports and maintain traceability across environments and versions.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure quality releases.
• Participate in cross-team efforts to continuously improve testing effectiveness and deployment success.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Computer Science

  ,

  Information Systems

  , or related technical field.

• 3+ years

  of professional experience in

  software QA

  , automation, or software development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as

  Python

  ,

  Shell

  ,

  Perl

  , or

  JavaScript

  .
• Experience with

  Selenium

  ,

  Playwright

  , or similar test automation tools.
• Strong background in

  relational and NoSQL databases

  (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Practical knowledge of

  CI/CD systems

  and

  source control tools

  (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Experience working in

  Linux environments

  and familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  like

  AWS

  ,

  Google Cloud

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Desirable / Preferred:

• Knowledge of

  software licensing fundamentals

  and entitlement systems.
• Familiarity with

• Exposure to AWS services such as
