Software Project Manager

As a suitable candidate for this role, you should have a background that began with a career in development and has since transitioned to Project Management. Your skills should include: - End to end delivery of technical projects - Experience in developing web or app projects - Proficiency in Agile methodologies is a MUST - Previous experience in a service-based company - Ability to estimate in Agile using techniques like t-shirt sizing and Fibonacci - Comfortable with client interaction and being client-facing - Familiarity with Presales activities such as RFP and RFQ - Competency in budgeting, costing, and managing Time and Material projects - Understanding of metrics like FTF, PCSAT, NPS for measuring customer satisfaction - Proficiency in tech stacks such as Java, .NET, etc. - Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as DevOps and microservices - Exposure to new-age technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, RPA, and IoT This position is based in various locations including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai. The ideal candidate for this role should have 10-14 years of experience and be ready to join immediately.
