Key Responsibilities: - Strong proficiency in Java with a good understanding of Kotlin and software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with Design patterns, UI/UX principles, background tasks, services, and Jetpack components. - Experience in communicating with servers using APIs like REST and SOAP, and managing different environments. - Ability to design pixel-perfect layouts adaptable to various devices and handle push notifications and localization. - Proficiency in Android SDK, code versioning tools like Git, and continuous integration. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Bug fixing, improving application performance, and translating designs into high-quality code. - Project planning, execution, and management including pre-sales support, post-sales collaboration, and effective communication with stakeholders. - Self-improvement through knowledge sharing, acquiring new skills, and team training. - Team management responsibilities including providing feedback to junior team members and setting an example through adherence to organizational rules and practices. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in software development. - Educational background in B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA, or M.
