The IT Application Manager is a key role in the organization, based in Malaysia, reporting to the Deputy Head of IT. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, educating, and evaluating IT products and solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in testing, troubleshooting, and supporting IT application software, assisting in project planning, user requirement gathering, and user training. You will also play a crucial role in planning and implementing software patches and upgrades, providing hands-on support to staff, resolving software issues with vendors and stakeholders, and continuously improving knowledge and skills in IT application software development. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency of IT application software by analyzing functional workflows, designing reports, and providing recommendations for process automation. Strong financial domain knowledge, experience in HIS & ERP systems, and the ability to lead a team effectively are essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. Proficiency in computer skills, the ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, analyze and present data effectively, and handle stressful situations professionally are required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the willingness to travel is necessary. Relocation to Mumbai, Maharashtra, with an employer-provided package is preferred. The required experience includes 10 years in health information management and 7 years in ERP systems. The successful candidate will work on-site and be dedicated to maintaining and enhancing IT applications to support the organization's goals efficiently.,
