Software Lead Senior

As a software developer in our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements and new products used in various computer programs. You will collaborate with product owners and users to define system requirements, participate in software design meetings, and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Your role will involve writing technical specifications based on conceptual design and business requirements, as well as coding, programming, testing, and debugging applications using current programming languages and technologies. In this role, you will also be expected to complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. You will need to apply best practices for development including code quality review, SQL review, code review, merge accountability, and refactoring of existing workflows. Ensuring security compliance will also be part of your responsibilities. With at least 8 years of experience in technical skills with .NET technology such as .NET, SQL, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, DevOps, GitHub, frontend-UI, SOAP, and Unit Testing, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding junior team members for successful project delivery. Active participation in all SAGE ceremonies, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Your role will involve interacting with product owners and users to define system requirements, grooming junior team members, code performance review, technical leadership, and working closely with the Architect on existing and new requirements. Effective collaboration with the Development Manager and the team on a daily basis is crucial for the successful delivery of projects.
