Software Front End Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining as a highly experienced Front-End Tech Lead (Individual Contributor) with a focus on designing and constructing scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. Your role will involve hands-on technical leadership in front-end architecture, implementation, and mentorship. As an ideal candidate, you should be well-versed in Angular and modern front-end technologies, capable of delivering high-quality code, and providing guidance to others through practical examples. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement scalable front-end solutions using Angular and related technologies. - Develop and maintain a repository of reusable UI components and front-end frameworks for supporting multiple projects. - Serve as a technical mentor by conducting code reviews, pair programming sessions, and sharing best practices with junior and mid-level engineers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, back-end engineers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless feature delivery. - Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs following OpenAPI specifications. - Uphold code quality through automated testing frameworks like Playwright and enforce quality gates via SonarQube. - Contribute to and manage CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. - Oversee containerized front-end deployments using Docker to maintain consistency across environments. Qualification Required: - Education: BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: You should possess 15+ years of relevant experience in front-end development with a notable exposure to enterprise-grade applications. Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Angular with hands-on experience in the latest versions. - Strong knowledge of reactive programming paradigms with RxJS. - Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript adhering to best practices. - Experience in integrating and consuming RESTful services using OpenAPI. - Practical experience with Docker for front-end environments. - Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. - Strong experience in test automation and E2E testing with Playwright. - Familiarity with static code analysis and enforcing code quality standards using SonarQube.
