Urgent Opening: Senior Associate - Accounts Location: Kolkata, Sector V Company Type: Japanese MNC Software/IT Industry Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate - Accounts for one of our esteemed clients, a Japanese multinational IT organization based in Kolkata. This is a strategic finance role focused on revenue assurance, budgeting, MIS, and financial technology implementation. Eligibility Criteria: Only candidates currently working in software/IT service-based companies will be considered. Candidates from BPO, KPO, GCC, or Shared Services (SSC) backgrounds will not be eligible. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end revenue assurance from quotation/bidding to revenue realization and debtor management. Exposure to STPI and FEMA guidelines related to revenue assurance. Budget planning and monitoring ability to independently manage the budgeting process. Prepare and analyze MIS reports , including cost analysis and comparative reporting. Involvement in finance tech implementation and process improvements through technology. Must-Have Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience (excluding audit firm experience and article-ship). Proven track record in FP&A, MIS, and Revenue Assurance roles within IT/software service-based companies. Hands-on professional who can work independently ( individual contributor role ). Proficient in Advanced Excel , PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and data visualization. Strong familiarity with finance tools and platforms used in IT service companies.
