Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead - React.js

As a ReactJS Lead Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and development of Enterprise Software for our Global Fortune 500 clients in Data Center and Big Data segments. You will be based in either Pune or Ahmedabad, with the requirement of working from office. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expertise in the software development life cycle, from concept to architecture, design, implementation, and testing. - Lead and mentor mid-sized teams effectively. - Ensure adherence to code reviews and development best practices and processes. - Engage in regular client communication. - Estimate efforts, identify risks, and offer technical support when needed. - Manage people effectively through performance reviews, feedback, and task management. - Demonstrate the ability to multitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements. Key Skills: - Possess at least 3 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and development. - Proficient in React.js and Typescript. - Good experience in advanced JavaScript technologies such as Angular, Vue, Knockout, Node, Ember, Backbone, Express is preferred. - Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures. - Experience in direct customer interaction including requirement gathering, technical discussions, demos, and project delivery. - Skilled in developing RESTful Web services using any framework. - Familiarity with Agile Software development methodology. - Knowledge of Linux programming or expertise in Big Data and/or Data Analytics is a plus. - Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team is desirable. - Excellent oral, written, problem-solving, and analytical skills are necessary. - Ability to thrive with minimal resources and supervision. - Education: B.E, B.Tech, MCA, Diploma in Computer/IT.,
