As a Quality Engineer at Salesforce, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and quality strategies, focusing on automation. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will enhance the quality of new features and ensure successful regression tests across different environments. Your role in this fast-paced environment involves grasping complex backend AI flow systems, identifying risks, and strategically planning and executing testing efforts to ensure feature and release stability, reliability, and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts specifically tailored for mobile devices. - Collaborate with app developers to address complex challenges related to Android or iOS native applications. Qualifications: - Possess a total of 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years of proven experience in Android, iOS, or other mobile application development or testing. - Proficient in Java or Kotlin programming languages, with hands-on experience in mobile testing frameworks and tools like Appium, Espresso, UiAutomator, and Compose UI Test. - Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI. - Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Prior experience working onsite at the Hyderabad office during intensive regression testing phases and critical hardware interactions.
