Software Engineering - .NET developer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Intelex Technologies, you will be involved in developing and delivering cutting-edge software products that provide industry-leading capabilities and exceptional user experiences. You will work with Agile practices and a DevOps culture to help build the next-generation platform by implementing modern patterns such as microservices and micro frontends. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Designing and implementing new features to support customer use cases. - Actively participating in agile sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of commitments. - Building scalable web applications using technologies like ReactJS, Webpack, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS. - Maintaining a "security-first" mindset throughout the development process. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement across various aspects of software development. - Advocating for high quality and maintainable code. - Ensuring exceptional user experiences through your proactive, creative, and quality-oriented approach. - Utilizing your strong communication skills, mentorship abilities, and attention to detail. In terms of technical skills, you should have: - At least 5 years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development. - A solid understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core and relational database design. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design patterns. - Experience with front-end frameworks like React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, RESTful APIs, and cloud environments (preferably AWS). Familiarity with technologies such as GraphQL, state management libraries, and end-to-end testing tools will be advantageous. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, while a Masters Degree or relevant certifications will be considered an asset. Prior experience in a software product or SaaS organization is preferred. This role also requires a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification.
