Software Engineering- .NET developer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Intelex Technologies, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering cutting-edge software products that empower our customers with industry-leading capabilities and user experiences. Working within Agile practices and a DevOps culture, you will contribute to building the next-generation platform using modern patterns such as microservices and micro frontends. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into actionable technical work. You will design and implement new features and solutions to support key customer use cases in both existing and new software products. Additionally, you will participate in agile sprint planning, proactively remove blockers, and deliver on sprint commitments. Your role will involve building scalable web applications using technologies like ReactJS, Webpack, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS while maintaining a "security-first" mindset across development activities and CI/CD pipelines. As a mentor to junior engineers, you will share knowledge and encourage continuous learning. You will also drive continuous improvement across architecture, process, DevOps, and hosting strategies. Advocating for high quality, secure, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and user experience will be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this position, you should be passionate about understanding and delighting customers, proactive, creative, self-directed, and committed to quality. You should possess excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, and be a strong communicator who values documentation and knowledge sharing. Your technical skills should include a solid understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core, relational database design, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns. Experience with front-end frameworks like React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and RESTful APIs is required, along with familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments is preferred.
