Job Description:
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Strategy & Operations team, you will be a critical partner to our Strategy and Delivery organizations. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the foundational datasets and reporting that drive our business forward. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in developing robust, scalable data solutions in Snowflake and creating compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and CRMA.Your Impact:
  • Partner closely with Strategy and Delivery stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design, build, and optimize data models and ETL processes in Snowflake to support a wide range of analytical and reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports in Tableau and CRMA to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our data and analytics platforms, providing guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our data by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
  • Work with internal customers to understand their needs and author and define implementation plans and functional specifications that solve those needs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a similar data-focused area, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large, complex datasets.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau for building dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to drive projects from ideation to completion.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRMA (formerly Tableau CRM).
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce data model and ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative with the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish and work effectively across internal functional teams.
