Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to work with a talented team to create amazing customer experiences. The ideal candidate will analyze, develop, design, and maintain software for our organization s products and systems. They will perform system integration of software and hardware to ensure throughput and program consistency. The role includes validating, and testing proof of concept models and user documentation to maintain high standards of quality. Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architecture Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Maintain and improve continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Optimize applications for maximum processing and scalability. Implement robust backend services, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills Proficiency in GO / Java and Python. Strong understanding of microservice architecture and design patterns. Multi-threaded, multi-core software programming skills. Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and knowledge of database design and optimization. Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible) Familiarity with networking concepts. REST Protocol Knowledge - Good to have SIP, VOIP, RTP/RTCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, TLS, TCP/UDP. Knowledge of operating systems, especially Unix/Linux environments. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Podman, Docker, Kubernetes etc) Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Knowledge of Consul, Vault, RMQ/ZMQ will be added advantage Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Basic Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
