Role Overview: As a Software Developer with Backend expertise at Digitrell, a leading digital transformation company based in Cochin, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining database systems and SQL code. Your responsibilities will include building database objects following industry standards, independently debugging, testing, and optimizing T-SQL queries and stored procedures, as well as documenting database designs and technical solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and modern development practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain database systems and SQL code - Build database objects following industry standards - Independently debug, test, and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures - Document database designs and technical solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Qualifications Required: - Expert-level experience in MySQL database development - Proficiency in T-SQL, including queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexes - Proven experience in full stack development with hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js - Proficiency in HTML, CSS (specifically Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Additional Details: Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, familiarity with microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
