About the role:

• We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React.js and Next.js, with a strong focus on building high-performance, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces. You will work closely with backend engineers (Golang), UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional web experiences.
• The role involves integrating RESTful services, working with middleware written in Golang, and ensuring seamless data flow between the frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX from design mockups (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and scalability.

2. Integration & Middleware Collaboration

• Integrate RESTful services and backend APIs
• Work closely with backend teams to consume middleware services written in Golang.
• Ensure smooth data handling and error management between frontend and backend.

3. Architecture & Code Quality

• Follow and enforce component-based architecture and modular code organization.
• Adhere to best practices (SOLID principles, DRY, clean code).
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.

4. Testing & Performance

• Write unit tests, integration tests, and support QA automation efforts.
• Monitor and improve application performance (Lighthouse audits, Web Vitals).
• Debug and troubleshoot complex UI and integration issues.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with frontend trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Contribute to design systems and reusable UI component libraries.

Tech Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Next.js
• State Management: Redux or Context API
• Styling: CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components
• Backend/Middleware: Integration with REST APIs & Golang-based middleware
• Tools: Git, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier
• Testing: React Testing Library, Cypress (preferred)
• Performance & Monitoring: Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, Sentry

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in frontend web development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with middleware services.
• Solid understanding of component-driven development and state management.
• Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
