Software Engineer Tech Lead (.NET)

**Role Overview:** As a Tech Lead, Software Engineering at Trintech, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical aspects of the team. Your responsibilities will include setting up the technical approach, determining programming languages and technologies, creating frameworks, optimizing software delivery performance, and selecting the right tools to boost team productivity. This role requires a commitment to continuous learning and growth to deliver excellence in software development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the team in all technical aspects of software development - Mentor, coach, and guide other developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and agile methodologies - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize software delivery performance - Conduct code reviews and lead technical discussions or troubleshooting sessions - Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools to enhance team productivity - Deliver high-quality products to customers by following quality assurance principles and agile methods - Define and adhere to technical standards within the development team - Influence and collaborate effectively with peers and technical staff - Utilize strong leadership qualities to drive team success **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development - 9-12 years of programming experience with the .NET framework - Proficiency in object-oriented design and development using SOLID design principles and design patterns - Deep technical knowledge in Continuous Integration and deployment (CI/CD) - Experience with database designs, T-SQL, and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server - Successful track record in delivering high-quality products in Agile Teams - Previous experience with Reconciliation and/or month-end close applications is preferred - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organization skills - Continuous improvement mindset - Creative and innovative thinking - Embraces change, growth, and evolution Please note that Trintech is headquartered in Plano, Texas, with offices located globally.
