Software Engineer (SDE)

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability. Your role will involve writing well-structured, modular, and clean code for both front-end and back-end systems. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining role-based access control (RBAC) mechanisms to manage user roles, permissions, and secure data access across the system. Collaboration with the product, UX/UI, and back-end teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives will also be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to ensure that the authentication, authorization, and RBAC functionalities are seamlessly integrated and follow security best practices. Systems analysis and design for new applications as well as updates to existing applications will also fall under your purview. Optimizing the performance of both front-end and back-end applications, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, and high availability, will be crucial. Your involvement in code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment processes will help maintain code quality and system stability. Staying current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in both front-end and back-end development is essential for this role. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, SCSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular 12+ or React.js is required. Strong expertise in backend technologies including Python (Django/Flask) or Golang, with experience in developing REST APIs and webhooks, is necessary. Experience with databases like SQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB is also important. A deep understanding of authentication (OAuth, JWT), authorization, and RBAC principles for application development is crucial. Proficiency in automated unit and functional testing (e.g., Selenium) is required. Additional experience with MEAN or MERN stack, cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DevOps practices (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka), and CI/CD tools will be advantageous. Strong collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies are desirable soft skills for this role.,
