Software Engineer - Python/AI Agents

As an AI Engineer at BXA, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and RESTful services. You will work on developing and deploying AI-driven solutions, leveraging large language models (LLM), prompt engineering, and other key technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills and experience in AI development, specifically with LLM, LangGraph, and other related technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement AI agents using Python and integrate them into existing systems. - Work with large language models (LLMs) to design and deploy AI solutions that can process and generate human-like text. - Leverage LangGraph to build powerful AI-driven applications. - Focus on prompt engineering, optimizing AI models to better handle specific tasks and requirements within the first 30 days. - Design and maintain scalable, high-performance RESTful web services. - Develop, test, and deploy solutions using SQL, Redis, and Kafka. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions on time. - Maintain version control using Git and collaborate with teams through GitHub. - Utilize Jira for project management and task tracking. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience in open-source web services development. - 5+ years of experience in Python development with strong expertise in object-oriented design and programming. - Experience in developing RESTful web services. - Solid experience with SQL, database programming, and the use of Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs). - Strong understanding of object-oriented design, unit testing, and functional testing. - Familiarity with GitHub for version control and Jira for project tracking. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure and open-source technologies (e.g., Nginx, Linux, Jenkins, Celery, Redis). - Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. - Proficiency in LangGraph for AI-driven applications. - Understanding of OAuth authentication flows and JWT is a plus. - Knowledge of SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS technologies and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts. - Familiarity with Redis and Kafka.,
