Software Engineer (.NET MVC / CORE)

As a Software Engineer at Casepoint, you will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, maintaining, and providing client support for software systems. Your role goes beyond just coding as the software you develop will contribute to the smooth operation of the business and enhance the services provided. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide detailed solutions for customer issues - Develop and test modules based on requirements and timeframes - Offer customer support on a rotational shift basis - Adhere to coding standards set by the organization - Follow instructions from superiors and update code status in TFS - Prepare technical documentation for resolved requests - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams - Share knowledge within the team and provide daily activity reports to the Reporting Manager - Adhere to organizational procedures and guidelines Qualifications Required: - 1 to 5 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE C#, and MS SQL Server - Familiarity with Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Web API - Knowledge of PGSQL and Kendo UI would be an advantage,
