Software Engineer - MS Dynamics365 Power Platform Developer

As a Dynamics 365 Power Platform developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our STAEDEAN product offerings. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to designing, building, evaluating, shipping, and improving the STAEDEAN product catalogue, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations products. - Assessing existing processes and internal systems to identify opportunities for enhancement. - Thoughtfully communicating your work and experience through internal collaborations and mentorship opportunities. - Collaborating closely with various teams within the organization. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong technical background in software development with a solid understanding of software development principles. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse. - Expertise in designing and developing custom business apps such as Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Portals. - Proficiency in implementing Power Automate Flows including Automated, Instant, Business Process Flow, and UI Flows. - Good knowledge of C#, with additional knowledge of .Net core and Typescript being a plus. - Proficient in database concepts and capable of writing T-SQL queries. - Experienced in code reviews and well-versed in Microsoft's best practices for software development. - Knowledgeable in DevOps principles with practical experience in Azure DevOps implementation. - Skilled in developing integrations between Finance & Operations and external systems using Logic Apps, Dual-write, and Power Automate flows. - A technical and collaborative leader, capable of mentoring others while being open to guidance. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working independently, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. - Eager to learn and continuously improve both technical and soft skills. - Actively engaged in the Microsoft Learn program, with proven participation.
