Role Summary:

Software Engineer (Level 2 Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and resolve

  high-priority technical escalations

  that go beyond L1 capabilities.
• Perform

  deep-dive root cause analysis

  (RCA) of production incidents and system anomalies
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and development teams to roll out hotfixes, patches.
• Analyse logs, databases, APIs, and distributed systems to identify bottlenecks or failures
• Document workarounds, fixes, and technical FAQs for the knowledge base
• Participate in

  incident management

  ,

  postmortems

  , and

  on-call rotations

• Suggest and implement

  tooling, monitoring, and automation

  to reduce repeat issues

Required Skills:

• 24 years of experience in

  software application support

• Good debugging skills in

  Java / ReactJS

• Proficient with

  SQL

  ,

  log analysis

  , and

  RESTful APIs

• Must speak English, Hindi & Odia.
• Good to have

  cloud platforms

  (AWS / GCP / Azure) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK)
• Exposure to production systems and

  incident response

  best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineering and non-technical teams
