To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or possess equivalent knowledge). We also welcome freshers with a solid conceptual understanding of computers and programming languages. Your technical skills should include proficiency in programming languages like Java and JavaScript, as well as expertise in frontend frameworks such as React.js and backend frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot. Additionally, you should be adept in databases such as Postgres, possess knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies, and have a good grasp of data structures and algorithms. Apart from technical skills, soft skills are equally important. You should have a strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, good communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Your ability to work both independently and in teams, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, will be key to your success in this role. In your day-to-day activities, you can expect to participate in team discussions and design reviews, write code based on best practices, review your peers" code, learn new technologies, perform manual testing of features, and engage in documentation.
