Spearhead the development of robust code for full-stack applications, with a focus on the MERN stack. Rigorously test and debug applications to ensure compliance with functional and performance benchmarks. Engage in thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Stay abreast of and adapt to emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development. Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience (1 Year of Experience with React Native). - Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Next.js. - Expertise in back-end development with Node.js and experience with a NoSQL database. - Demonstrable experience in React for front-end development. - Proficiency in software version control using Git. - Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail. - Exceptional communication abilities and teamwork skills. Additional Qualifications: - Familiarity with Angular/Vue, AWS, CI/CD practices. - Familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot and Java. - Experience with software development and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. - Experience in converting web applications into mobile applications using capacitors.
