As a Software Engineer - Integrations at Skyfall AI, you will be part of a team that is disrupting the AI ecosystem by developing the first world model for the enterprise. The Enterprise World Model aims to address the limitations of LLMs and provide significant value to enterprises by understanding the complex interplay between data, people, and processes within organizations. Your role will involve developing and maintaining seamless integrations between Skyfall's AI layer and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, and SAP. You will design scalable APIs, implement secure authentication mechanisms, and optimize data pipelines for real-time, high-volume processing. Collaboration with AI, DevOps, and product teams will be essential to enhance automation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, deploy, and maintain integrations between Skyfall's AI layer and enterprise software like ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, and SAP. - Build scalable APIs and connectors for data ingestion and bidirectional synchronization. - Implement secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, SAML, JWT, and API keys for accessing external systems. - Work with REST, GraphQL, and SOAP APIs to extract and process structured and unstructured data. - Ensure data normalization, transformation, and mapping between different enterprise software schemas. - Optimize API performance for low-latency, high-volume enterprise workloads. - Debug integration issues, monitor API health, and build resilient, fault-tolerant pipelines. - Collaborate with AI, front-end, and DevOps teams to align integrations with product features. Minimum Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in back-end development & integrations with enterprise software. - Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, or Java for building API integrations. - Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs. - Deep understanding of enterprise ITSM, HR, and ERP systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, SAP, BMC Remedy, JSM. - Experience working with OAuth, SAML, JWT, and API security best practices. - Proficiency in database design and query optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL like MongoDB. - Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS. - Strong knowledge of microservices, containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Nice to Have Requirements: - Prior experience integrating Flexera, Tanium, or other IT asset management software. - Experience working with enterprise middleware like Mulesoft, Boomi, Apache Camel. - Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs such as Table, Import Set, Scripted APIs, MID Server, Webhooks. - Exposure to AI-powered workflow automation.,
