Software Engineer in Test/ SDET Engineer

As an SDET Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in the financial domain, your role will involve the following: - Develop and maintain automation frameworks using technologies such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, Playwright, JBehave, JMeter, Postman, Spring framework, REST, JSON, XML, and Eclipse IDE. - Conduct functional testing and create automation for financial domain applications, ensuring validations are delivered within established timelines. - Test across various platforms including web interfaces, APIs (REST), and Batch Jobs. - Own the Automation framework, lead initiatives, and drive high-quality test strategies with a specific focus on coverage. - Create acceptance and integration test automation scripts, integrate with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins/Bamboo), and utilize code coverage tools (Sonar, Clover). - Have expertise in both Unit and Integration testing with exposure to data virtualization tools. - Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with technical teams, management, and business stakeholders effectively. - Embrace Agile practices, work on multiple priority efforts simultaneously, and ensure QA standards are adhered to. - Bring a strong presence as a change agent, introducing innovative and efficient Quality Assurance solutions in an Agile environment.
