Software Engineer III- ReactJS

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Employee Platform Agile team, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your role involves executing software solutions, developing high-quality production code, and creating architecture and design artifacts for complex applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data sets to drive continuous improvement and identifying hidden problems to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture. You will also contribute to software engineering communities of practice and stay updated on new and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting - Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms - Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications - Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large data sets - Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements - Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new technologies Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience - Strong experience in Web development including JAVA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS - Experience working on AWS or other cloud environments - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficiency in coding in one or more languages - Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a corporate environment - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle - Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline Additionally, familiarity with modern front-end technologies and expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines would be considered as preferred qualifications.,
