Job Description

As a Software Engineer III at Rocket, you will provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and implementation of innovative software solutions. You will collaborate with product and business development teams to drive technical strategy and deliver excellent business value to customers. Your responsibilities will include defining application architecture, creating design documents and diagrams, developing secure and scalable solutions, and participating in code reviews and quality assessments. You will work closely with customer-facing teams to identify strategic opportunities and address customer issues effectively. With a minimum of 5-8 years of software development experience, you will demonstrate leadership in engineering groups, work on strategic initiatives, and possess proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns. Your deep knowledge of Java, JSON, RESTful Web APIs, JavaScript, and Linux environment will be essential for building high-performance software solutions. You will contribute to maintaining corporate architectural standards, driving improvements in business systems, and presenting to various levels of the organization. Your strong analytical and communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
