Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. Process Overview.

GIS Security, Operations & Threat Response ( SOTR ) team would be responsible for protecting Bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. Cyber Security technology function is responsible of development and maintenance of security products across Bank of America. Team works on various security products and develops in-house products.

Job Description.

In this role, you will be using the experience you have gained throughout your career to provide firsthand operational deployment and support for commercial and custom software applications. While working within Microsoft and Linux environments, you will be a Technology Lead responsible for researching, designing, engineering, implementing, and supporting information security technologies. Individual will be part of the GIS Security, Operations & Threat Response ( SOTR ) team and would be responsible for C# .NET with React or Python at an Enterprise architecture level.

Responsibilities.

1) Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria

2) Executes automated test suites (integration, regression, performance) collect results and flag issues

3) Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality

4) Adheres to team delivery/release process and cadence pertaining to code deployment and release

5) Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements

Requirements.

Education. B.E. / B Tech / M.E. / M Tech / M.C.A

Certifications If Any. : C# .NET with SQL, Java/J2EE

Experience Range. 6+ years

Foundational Skills.

• Application Development in C# .NET with Database/PLSQL
• Willingness to learn Java/J2EE in future
• Should possess experience in Agile Practices
• Should possess experience in DevOps Practices

Desired skills.

• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
• Comfortable with CI / CD process & tools associated with it - e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, JIRA, etc
• Java/J2EE
• Kafka
