As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the Employee Platforms Group, you play a crucial role in designing and delivering cutting-edge technology products that are essential for the organization's operations. Your focus is on ensuring the development of secure, stable, and scalable solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility revolves around being an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical expert. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend and analyze HCM integration requirements, as well as documenting business and technical requirements. You will be tasked with building interfaces on Oracle HCM using the available framework and gaining proficiency in various HCM modules such as Core HR, ORC, Absence Management, Talent Management, Benefits, and other areas based on project needs. Conducting unit testing, quality reviews, and effectively resolving any identified issues are also part of your role. Additionally, utilizing tools like JIRA for project management and tracking purposes is essential. To excel in this position, you must possess formal training or certification in software engineering concepts along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Oracle HCM Cloud is required, coupled with expertise in PL/SQL and SQL development. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Extracts and Fast Formula is also crucial for this role. Preferred qualifications include a B.Tech degree in computer science or information technology, or relevant equivalent experience. Being detail-oriented, a team player, and thriving in a collaborative environment are essential traits. Strong communication and presentation skills are highly desirable, along with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.,
