Software Engineer II (.Net)

As a Senior Software Engineer at Quorum Software, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing products in the Planning, Economics, and Reserves suite. You will play a crucial role in supporting one of Quorums market-leading enterprise applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, understand, and perform various activities throughout the software development lifecycle - Act as a subject matter expert in Quorums software and/or technology stack - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements - Design new functionality, enhancements, and architectural patterns - Independently develop high-quality solutions in code - Execute advanced technical tasks such as load testing and performance tuning - Troubleshoot complex problems, resolve defects, and perform root cause analysis - Have a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers - Recommend improvements to increase quality and efficiency - Mentor and train Quorum personnel **Qualifications Required:** - 6-8 years of application development experience with .Net, C#, SQL, Rest API - Proficiency in Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps - Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts and .Net framework - Ability to troubleshoot complex bugs, connectivity issues, and write SQL queries - Experience in using design patterns for scalable architecture - Familiarity with Agile SDLC - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelors degree in computer science or related field **Nice to Have:** - Knowledge of React JS, Agile, Azure DevOps, DevOps practices, Test-Driven Development - Experience in enterprise software development At Quorum Software, we do not provide visa sponsorship for this position, and employment eligibility to work in India is required.
